You accept that some airlines restrict all similar tickets and practices, and we don't guarantee the pertinent airline will honour your ticket in the case that you engage in any such practice. You also accept to not buy any round-trip ticket you plan to use for single-way travel only if restricted by the pertinent airline.
Airline tickets and service fees charged for booking may be cancelled within 24 hours for a 100% refund. Additional ticket processing fees may be applicable as per the airline's cancellation policies.
All cancellations pertaining to airline tickets need to be done over the phone only.
It is applicable only if you have placed a request for cancellation and refund with us, provided that the fare rules allow for cancellation and refunds.
Once the cancellation request is done with or customer service team you will be notified through email stating that the request has been received.
